<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"> अनुलोम-विलोम प्राणायाम को बाए नासिका से प्रारम्भ करते है। अंगुष्ठ के माध्यम से दाहिनी नासिका को बंध करके बाई नाक से श्वास धीरे-धीरे अंदर भरना चाहिए। श्वास पूरा अंदर भरने पर ,अनामिका व् मध्यमा से वामश्वर को बन्ध करके दाहिनी नाक से पूरा श्वास बाहर छोड़ देना चाहिए। धीरे-धीरे श्वास-पश्वास की गति मध्यम और तीव्र करनी चाहिए। तीव्र गति से पूरी शक्ति के साथ श्वास अन्दर भरें व् बाहर निकाले व् अपनी शक्ति के अनुसार श्वास-प्रश्वास के साथ गति मन्द,मध्यम और तीव्र करें। तीव्र गति से पूरक, रेचक करने से प्राण की तेज ध्वनि होती है। श्वास पूरा बाहर निकलने पर वाम स्वर को बंद रखते हुए दाए नाक से श्वास पूरा अन्दर भरना चाहिए तथा अंदर पूरा भर जाने पर दाए नाक को बन्द करके बाए नासिका से श्वास बाहर छोड़ने चाहिए। यह एक प्रकियापुरी हुई। इस प्रकार इस विधि को सतत करते रहना। थकान होने पर बीच में थोड़ा विश्राम करे फिर पुनः प्राणायाम करे। इस प्रकार तीन मिनिट से प्रारम्भ करके इस प्राणायाम को १० मिनिट तक किया जा सकता है।</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"> श्वास पूरा अन्दर भर कर मध्यमा अंगुलियों से नासिका के मूल में आँख के पास दोनों ओर से थोड़ा दबाएँ, अंगूठो के द्वारा दोनों कानो को पूरा बन्ध कर ले। अब भ्रमर की भाँति गुंजन करते हुए नाद रूप में ओ३म का उच्चारण करते हुए श्वास को बाहर छोडदे। इस तरह ये प्राणायाम कम से कम ३ बार अवश्य करे। अधिक से ११ से १२ बार तक कर सकते हो।</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"> सिरदर्द कभी गर्मी लगने से हो जाता है कभी शर्दी लगने से हो जाता है और कभी गैस के कारन सिरदर्द होता है। यदि शर्दी के कारन से सिर दर्द है तो कपालभाति प्राणायाम करे, अगर गैस के कारन आपको सिरदर्द है तो अनुलोम विलोंम प्राणायाम करे। ये प्राणायाम १५ मिनिट से ले के ३० मिनिट तक करना चाहिए।</span><br />

<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"> अनुलोम-विलोम प्राणायाम को बाए नासिका से प्रारम्भ करते है। अंगुष्ठ के माध्यम से दाहिनी नासिका को बंध करके बाई नाक से श्वास धीरे-धीरे अंदर भरना चाहिए। श्वास पूरा अंदर भरने पर ,अनामिका व् </span><br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;">मध्यमा से वामश्वर को बन्ध करके दाहिनी नाक से पूरा श्वास बाहर छोड़ देना चाहिए। धीरे-धीरे श्वास-पश्वास की गति मध्यम और तीव्र करनी <br />चाहिए। तीव्र गति से पूरी शक्ति के साथ श्वास अन्दर भरें व् बाहर निकाले व् अपनी शक्ति के अनुसार श्वास-प्रश्वास के साथ गति मन्द,मध्यम और तीव्र करें। तीव्र गति से पूरक, रेचक करने से प्राण की तेज ध्वनि होती है। श्वास पूरा बाहर निकलने पर वाम स्वर को बंद रखते हुए दाए नाक से श्वास पूरा अन्दर भरना चाहिए तथा अंदर पूरा भर जाने पर दाए नाक को बन्द करके बाए नासिका से श्वास बाहर छोड़ने चाहिए। यह एक प्रकियापुरी हुई। इस प्रकार इस विधि को सतत करते रहना। थकान होने पर बीच में थोड़ा विश्राम करे फिर पुनः प्राणायाम करे। इस प्रकार तीन मिनिट से प्रारम्भ करके इस प्राणायाम को १० मिनिट तक किया जा सकता है।</span><br />

<span style="color: #3d85c6; font-size: large;"> </span><span style="font-size: large;">कपाल अर्थात मश्तिष्क और भाति का अर्थ होता है दीप्ती,आभा,तेज,प्रकाश आदि। कपालभाति में मात्र रेचक अर्थात श्वास को शक्ति पूर्वक बाहर छोड़ने में ही पूरा ध्यान दिया जाता है। श्वास को भरने के लिए प्रयत्न नहीं करते;अपितु सहजरूप से जितना श्वास अन्दर चला जाता है,जाने देते है,पूरी एकाग्रता श्वास को बाहर छोड़ने में ही होती है ऐसा करते हुए स्वाभाविक रूप से पेट में भि अकुंशन व् प्रशारण की क्रिया होती है। इस प्राणायाम को ५ मिनिट तक अवश्य ही करना चाहिए। </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"> कपालभाति प्राणायाम को करते समय मन में ऐसा विचार करना चाहिए की जैसे ही मैं श्वास को बाहर निकल रहा हूँ, इस पश्वास के साथ मेरे शरीर के समस्त रोग बाहर निकल रहे है। </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"> तीन मिनिट से प्रारम्भ करके पांच मिनिट तक इस प्राणायाम का अभ्यास करना चाहिए। प्रणायाम करते समय जब-जब थकान अनुभव हो तब-तब बीच में विश्राम कर ले। प्रारम्भ में पेट या कमर में दर्द हो सकता है। वो धीरे धीरे अपने आप मिट जायेगा। </span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"> आप घरेलु उपाय कर सकते है। १ चमच्च रीठा का पावडर १ ग्लास पानिमे भिगोकर रखे। उसमे त्रिकुटा और काली मिर्च डाल सकते है। सुबह उस जोल को छानकर सुबह नाक में डाल दे सारा कफ बाहर निकल जायेगा।</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"> वायु के कारन सर दर्द होता है तो बादाम रोगन नाक में डाले और गाय का शुद्ध घी नाक में डाले इसे सिरदर्द में लाभ होगा। </span></div>
